The hotel was great with its modern and well-maintained amenities. The room I stayed in was spacious and had a comfortable bed, ensuring a good night's sleep. I also appreciated the Nespresso coffee machine in the room, a nice touch. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The spa, sauna, and pool facilities were clean and enjoyable, allowing me to relax and unwind. the location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to tram stations and bus stops, making it convenient to explore the city.
One aspect of the hotel that could be improved is the appearance of the spa sofa fabric, worn and in need of replacement. This was a minor issue, but it did detract from the overall aesthetic of the spa area.

I had a pleasant stay at Laz' Hotel Spa Urbain. The location was excellent, with easy access to local transport and plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. The staff were friendly and cute, especially at the bar. The business Nespresso machine in the room was a nice touch.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, with a metro station just a stone's throw away, making it incredibly convenient to explore all the major attractions in the center. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, providing me with the utmost relaxation after a long day of sightseeing. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, their high service orientation was evident in every interaction.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this city. Everything about this place exceeded my expectations, from the stylish lobby area to the inviting spa and pool facilities.
